Deja Vu

Hall now is unlike any I have seen. It's quiet, the people are foreign, there are few open doors, and it's much much darker with all the empty rooms. A silence lingers on the corridors which used to be filled with laughter and loud shoutings. Now it's just me, mw's speakers and my laptop. Just me and my music. At times I appreciate this solitude, which gives me time and space to think things through. Of life, friendships, people in general. Things I thought deeply about when I was in Shanghai as well. A feeling of deja vu hits me hard.
