Just had gastric pains today. Pain till had to come back during lunch to rest at home. Slept the day away. Took some China medicine, but I seriously got no idea if it has effect. Elaine was telling me to get some antacid, but everything's in Chinese! What's antacid in Chinese anyone?
Anyway, I have moved to my new office! It's really really nice, with a modern open concept. The office is brighter too due to the white interior and the extensive use of glass walls. Even the meeting rooms have glass walls! But the downside to that is when I slack, everyone can see me slacking.
Also, I got a sucky seat at first. Then i changed to this desk at a SUPERB location. Cos it is just beside the window, all I needed to do was to turn my head to my right, and I would have a view of the whole ren ming guang chang, which is a busy commercial area in Shanghai. However, my sup, seeing what a great location I had, butted me out of it. So now I am stuck with a lousy location. Sucks to be an intern with no rights.
