So from the previous posts can see that I went quite a lot of massages when travelling. One thing that they all told me in common, was that my neck and spine is not that good. Well, that can be attributed to a few reasons.
1. Sleeping in the living room on the sofa instead of my bed, due to certain reasons which cannot be published here. But just know that I am very pissed that I cannot sleep in my own bed.
2. Long hours facing the computer at work and home.
3. I got it from my mama. Haha!
These are ranked in order of what I think are the most probable reasons, with reason 1 being the most probable.
