OMG

So here I was, all alone at home waiting for my housemates to come back from their trip, when I started to hear distant rumblings and booms. Thinking it was just some regular fire crackers being set off, which by the way have been happening quite a lot thanks to China's National Day, I just ignored it and continued using my laptop. Until I wanted to go charge my phone. Then I finally looked out the window and realised what those sounds were about.

THERE WAS A FIREWORKS DISPLAY!!!

Not the mini fireworks, but really huge fireworks. Like those of NDP, but in my opinion much better. It lasted much much longer, has more varieties, and is so much more interesting than our NDP fireworks. Many different kinds which I have never seen before. Definitely an eye opener for me. Too bad I was alone, and I doubt any other GIP-ers in the Zhong Yuan area saw it. I also do not own a camera, so no pictures for you guys as well. Too bad!
